With the Customer In Mind"We don't just sell carpet designs," Kalogridis emphasizes. "Each project is new, each carpet is an original. We work closely with our customer to discover their individual tastes and preferences, whether that customer is an international celebrity, an oil magnate or an interior designer working for a large corporation. Once we determine their preferences, we design and produce a custom creation specifically for them. To help insure satisfaction before we make the carpet, we produce a small sample of the carpet design for the customer's approval. |
